The Country Club of Landfall is one of the finest private, member-owned clubs in the South and was conceived, designed and organized to provide our members the best in club facilities and services. Our staff continually works to enhance the value of each membership category. Three categories of membership in the club are available and do not require property ownership within the Landfall community.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

FULL
A Full Membership entitles the member to unlimited use of all golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining, clubhouse and social facilities of the Club. Full Members do not pay greens fees or court fees for the use of the golf or tennis facilities of the Club but are required to pay golf cart rental fees. Full Members have a seven-day sign-up privilege for golf tee times and for tennis court times. The maximum number of Full Memberships will be limited to 800.

The following services are complimentary for Full Members: Range balls on both courses; day lockers for Members and their guests; yoga, spin, pilates, and group exercise classes; children under the age of 15 play free golf; three guest fees per day at the Sports Center are waived; drop-in daycare fees at the Sports Center are waived.

SPORTS
A Sports Membership entitles the member to unlimited use of all the tennis, swimming, fitness, dining, clubhouse and social facilities of the Club. Sports Members are entitled to 12 rounds of golf per year, per membership in the afternoon and upon payment of the appropriate member use green fees. Sports Members pay no court fees for the use of the tennis facilities. Sports Members have a four-day sign-up privilege for golf tee times and a seven-day sign-up privilege for tennis court times. There will be a maximum of 500 Sports Memberships.

HOUSE
A House Membership entitles the member to unlimited use of dining and clubhouse amenities and other social events. No food and beverage minimum applies.

NOMINATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Persons desiring membership must fully complete, execute and submit a Nomination Form for Membership to the Membership Director at the Club. A personal interview may be required. FAQs

1. Who manages the Country Club of Landfall?
The General Manager along with the management team run the day-to-day Club operations and strive to enhance the value and benefits associated with a CCL Membership. Our Board of Directors, composed of elected members, oversees the policies and long-term viability of the Club.

2. What is the cap on each category of membership? Are there memberships available at this time?
Our Full golf membership allows a maximum of 800 memberships on our 45 holes of golf. Our Sports membership allows a maximum of 500 members. (A waiting list may apply for Sports and Full categories of membership.) There is no established cap on our House membership.

3. How is residency determined at the Country Club of Landfall?
Any member whose principal residence is located outside the North Carolina counties of New Hanover, Brunswick, Onslow, Pender or Duplin is considered a Non-Resident. Non-Resident Second Home members include any member with a developed property (second home) in the previously mentioned counties who do not reside in such developed property or any rental property for more than 90 days per year. Non-Resident members include those members with no property or undeveloped property within the five county area who do not reside in a rental or other residence in the five counties for more than 90 days per year.

4. How are dues and fees established?
Dues and fees are set annually by the Board of Directors, and are payable in advance on the first day of each month. The Board of Directors reserves the right to set the amount payable by members in each class and category.

5. Is the Country Club of Landfall financially stable?
CCL is a mature and financially stable private club. Our Club has over 1,500 memberships resulting in over 5,000 individual members utilizing Club facilities. CCL has a demographically balanced membership with over 500 children. Our capital plan strategy covers repairs and renovations. The General Manager oversees a $16 million budget in a conservative and prudent manner. Please call our Membership Director for further explanation.
