Welcome to the Country Club of Landfall in historic Wilmington , North Carolina . Begun in 1985 and located in the only private golf and tennis community on the North Carolina coast, our member-owned club offers two clubhouses with 45 golf holes designed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus, a tennis court and sports complex designed by tennis great Cliff Drysdale, and an Olympic size swimming pool. Landfall will eventually contain some 1900 homes within a 2300 acre tract on the Intracoastal Waterway , just minutes from spectacular Wrightsville Beach . Those of us who are already here think Landfall is a home for dreamers of all ages, for all seasons of the year and of life, and that it offers some of the finest living on the East Coast.
